CAEP Rediscovering an Indigenous Multipurpose Tree in the Bakossi Landscape
For more than fifteen years, indigenous trees have grown quietly on CAEP’s demonstration farm in Tombel. Initially valued as living supports for eru vines and yam, the trees have now begun producing abundant edible fruits, revealing important potential for food security, biodiversity conservation, agroforestry restoration and rural livelihoods.
